NOTICE
At least 20 days before the performance.
COMPONENTS
The number of components varies from a minimum of 4 dancers and optionally 3 musicians, to a maximum of about 20 dancers and 12 musicians.
PERFORMANCE
The show may last from a minimum of 30 minutes to a maximum of two hours.
The musical ensemble may accompany part of the dances and perform during the intervals.
According to the programme, part of the dances must be performed to recorded music.
TO BE PROVIDED BY THE ORGANIZER
Stage or platform (completely free of any obstruction), preferably of wood or resonant material, of minimum size 7 x 7 m. Carpeted coverings are absolutely excluded, as the elaborate footwork characteristic of many of the dances would lose resonance.
Area used as dressing room or changing room with a surface proportional to the number of people taking part in the show, whose distance from the stage must not exceed about 20 meters. This space must be equipped with bars to hang the costumes and chairs.
Audio system including a USB player, or cable for iPod, or CD player; amplifier and adequate speakers.
from 8 to 12 microphones on stands and one handheld, only if the musical ensemble also takes part.
Lighting system: colored reflectors, white spots, and, according to the programme, Wood light and "occhi di bue" (spotlights).
